At Healthy Pets of Westgate, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellent service, which began more than 70 years ago. Our clinic was established in 1952 by Dr. Hal Taylor Sr. in the historic Hilltop area of Columbus’ west side. He set a standard of pet care that we continue to provide today through our family-owned practice of three generations.

Healthy Pets of Westgate cares for your family’s pet by providing state-of-the-art surgical and medical services while keeping a small-clinic feel. We offer digital X-rays, dental X-rays, ultrasound, laser surgery and a variety of surgical procedures, ranging from the basic spay or neuter to cosmetics and orthopedics. In addition, we have a complete in-house laboratory, including blood analysis capabilities to ensure your pet receives a rapid diagnosis and early treatment for the best chance at a speedy recovery.

Even in a small clinic, your pet can receive superb care and pampering when you have to be away for business or pleasure. You can take comfort in knowing your pet will receive supervised medical care and personal attention in our boarding facility. Pet grooming is also available with our on-staff master groomer. Scheduled appointments are available and we continue to offer walk-in hours for your convenience.
