Position Summary:
Our front desk staff helps to set the tone for the entire client experience from their first interaction whether this is via a phone conversation or face-to-face interaction. This individual is often responsible for whether a client schedules their initial visit or comes back for follow-up care. Our front desk staff is an integral part of the overall team here at Healthy Pets. Without their role the medical team would be able to effectively fulfill their roles. This individual is one who must be able to take on many different facets within the hospital as many different situations will arise which they must be able to identify and know the appropriate next steps to ensure the patients receives what they need in a timely and correct manner.
Job Functions (may/may not include following duties)
- Greet & welcome each client as they enter the practice in a warm & welcoming nature
- Appointment scheduling based on needs of patients for well, sick, and surgical appointments
- Processing of payments after appointments have been completed
- Ensure lobby area remains clean and organized at all times
- High level of empathy for both patients & their owners is imperative
- Written communication correspondence with clients via e-mails
- Collection of messages in an accurate & complete manner for doctors/staff from clients
- High level of acumen in area time management, organization along with the ability to multitask is necessary
Requirements
- Required 1-year of previous experience in customer service

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dog and Cat Groomer to provide high-quality grooming services for pets in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, strong grooming skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, gland expression, and de-shedding for dogs and cats of various breeds and sizes.
- Handle pets with care and patience, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the grooming process.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Communicate with pet owners about grooming needs, preferences, and any observed health concerns.
- Monitor pets for signs of stress or discomfort and respond appropriately.
- Keep accurate records of grooming services provided and any special instructions.
- Safely groom cats and dogs including brachycephalic breeds, geriatric pets, and pets with medical conditions

Position Summary:
Our front desk staff helps to set the tone for the entire client experience from their first interaction whether this is via a phone conversation or face-to-face interaction. This individual is often responsible for whether a client schedules their initial visit or comes back for follow-up care. Our front desk staff is an integral part of the overall team here at Healthy Pets. Without their role the medical team would be able to effectively fulfill their roles. This individual is one who must be able to take on many different facets within the hospital as many different situations will arise which they must be able to identify and know the appropriate next steps to ensure the patients receives what they need in a timely and correct manner.
Job Functions (may/may not include following duties)
- Greet & welcome each client as they enter the practice in a warm & welcoming nature
- Appointment scheduling based on needs of patients for well, sick, and surgical appointments
- Processing of payments after appointments have been completed
- Ensure lobby area remains clean and organized at all times
- High level of empathy for both patients & their owners is imperative
- Written communication correspondence with clients via e-mails
- Collection of messages in an accurate & complete manner for doctors/staff from clients
- High level of acumen in area time management, organization along with the ability to multitask is necessary
Requirements
- Required 1-year of previous experience in customer service
- Preferred experience in front desk role at veterinary or human medical office
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor during emotional and stressful situations
- Needs to be team player who is open to learn new skills, provide insight, and is adaptable
- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
- Love & patience for animals
