Dr. Michael Kelleher was raised in Alliance, Ohio. Michael was the youngest
of seven children. He went to
St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Canton, Ohio, and he received his Bachelor of
Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University.
Michael worked in Dover, Ohio at a mixed animal practice before coming to Hilliard. He moved to Hilliard and started practicing at Healthy Pets in August of 1997.
Michael's wife Cindy, works harder than he does keeping his house, children and himself together. Caitlin, Callaghan, and Molly are very active in sports, school and church activities which keep Michael and Cindy very busy. .
Besides being a "groupie" for his kids sports, Michael loves golfing, working out, practicing his faith and Ohio State sports.
He has been active in promoting veterinary medicine in all levels of education through mentorship programs, career days, explorer groups and Boy and Girl Scouts of America.

After completing her Bachelor of Science in Zoology at Miami University in Oxford Ohio, Dr. Huff returned to her native Columbus to attend The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, and graduated Magna cum laude with honors. She also received the excellence in small animal general practice award.
Dr. Huff joined the Healthy Pet's team in June of 2002. Her areas of special interest include ultrasound and small animal medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association.
June and her husband, Del, have 4 feline children: Lego (who is three-legged), Vertigo (blind), Ernie (overweight), and Dodge (the only "normal" one!!!). She has a strong interest in art, plays acoustic guitar, is an avid bookworm, and enjoys kayaking in her free time.
Dr. Stephen Schumacher

Dr. Stephen Schumacher grew up in Upper Arlington, Ohio and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 from The Citadel; The Military College of South Carolina. After being involved in research for several years, he received his Doctorate of Veternary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 2003. Dr. Schumacher practices at the clinic in Hilliard and his areas of interest include surgery, cardiology and anesthesia.
Dr. Schumacher has a wife (Erin) and two children: Nicholas (2 years) and Elizabeth (4 months). Their pets include a Jack Russel terrier named "Reilly", a red labrador retriever named "Calvin", and a quarter horse. In his spare time, Dr. Schumacher enjoys Ohio State football, playing racquetball, reading, and training/hunting his dog "Calvin".
Dr. Dawn Keith

Dr. Keith worked in Mansfield, Ohio in a small animal/exotic pet practice before coming to Healthy Pets in October of 2002. She practices at the Hilliard and Powell offices, but occasionally fills in at the Grove City and West Broad offices. Her interests include small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Keith also enjoys seeing the exotic pets that frequent our hospitals.
Dr. Keith lives with her husband, Ryan, whom she met during veterinary school. They married after they completed their veterinary degrees and just recently welcomed their first child into their lives, a boy named Benjamin in May, 2004. She also shares her home with 3 dogs (2 bernese mountain dogs and a yellow lab), 3 cats and a bird. There will most certainly be more four legged animals added to the family once Benjamin is old enough to ask! (he tends to have a lot of pull, and as soon as he asks "can we keep him?"....the answer will be yes!).
In her spare time, Dr. Keith enjoys exercising, crafts, reading and hiking. She loves taking Benjamin and her dogs on long walks.
